Life Alive is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, hire and onboard staff, and model our culture of service and quality. The role involves ordering, storing, and preparing food, while maintaining rigorous cleanliness and safety standards.

You will learn systems, manage labor budgets, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of AGM experience.
• Experience working on a large team (>30 people).
• Experience learning labor budgets and utilizing scheduling software.
• Guest service experience 2+ years.
• History of growth in position.
• Experience in QSR or white table cloth concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Hold orientation and coach performance on each shift.
• Order, store and prepare food and oversee production.
• Enforce cleaning systems and audit the environment.
• Balance costs through inventory, ordering and labor management.
• Develop manager awareness and mentor others.
