Job summary

You will manage inventories, ordering, and proper storage, while engaging in tasting, adjusting, and maintaining food quality to reflect Life Alive’s vitality.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, cost balancing, and ensuring cleanliness and guest service excellence across a large team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of AGM experience.
• Experience working on a large team (>30 people).
• Experience learning labor budget and utilizing scheduling software.
• Guest service experience 2+ years.
• History of growth in position.
• Experience in QSR or white table cloth concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Hold orientation and performance coaching on each shift.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost balancing.
• Enforce cleaning systems and audit store cleanliness.
• Develop managers and delegate tasks among the team.
