Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Mobility Sales Consultant in Knoxville to help customers find vehicles and adaptive equipment that fit their mobility needs. This consultative sales role blends in-store appointments with field visits, lead management, and relationship building.

You will sell new and used mobility vehicles and adaptive equipment, manage quotes and orders, and ensure smooth handoffs to service. A 3–5 year sales background and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or related experience.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell mobility vehicles and conversions to customers.
• Consult with customers to understand mobility needs and recommend solutions.
• Sell adaptive equipment including driving aids and scooter lifts.
• Manage leads and follow up using the CRM.
• Coordinate delivery and explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Stay current on new mobility products and technology.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Attend sales training and marketing events.
• Move vehicles between locations as needed.
