BraunAbility is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to help individuals and families choose mobility vehicles and adaptive solutions that enhance independence and quality of life. This role blends automotive knowledge with customer advocacy to guide important mobility decisions.

You will build trust, understand needs, and manage a long, consultative sales cycle, often spanning days to months, while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in automotive, medical, business development, equipment, or other consultative sales environments.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up.
• Ability to manage a longer, consultative sales cycle.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping people.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building.
• Consult with customers to understand their mobility needs.
• Educate customers on wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment.
• Guide customers through financing and the purchase process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
