Mobility Works in Orlando is seeking a Certified Mobility Consultant to drive sales of mobility vans and related services. The role involves overseeing inventory, quoting customers, and building strong partnerships with customers and vendors to help grow our market presence.

You will follow branch policies, prepare accurate paperwork, and provide outstanding customer service. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required to lead tasks in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to plan, direct and control the activities of others.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Know inventory status of in-stock and on-order vans in the software system.
• Treat customers enthusiastically, courteous, and helpful; strive for complete customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and provide quotes for prospects in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and quickly according to branch policies.
• Comply with branch policy including follow-up, referrals, prospecting, hours, data entry.
• Understand selling process and effectively sell all products and services as required by the General Manager.
