Metropolis Parking is hiring a Mobility Specialist to greet customers, assist with enrollment in Metropolis parking technology, and uphold exceptional service standards. The role requires a customer-first mindset, stamina for outdoor work, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment across parking lots and garages.

You will work both independently and with a team, ensuring safety protocols are followed and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist enrollment.
• Promote positive relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol lots and garages to identify improper payments or access issues.
• Document violations using company devices and photo evidence.
• Maintain cleanliness of lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow all safety protocols at all times.
