Lucid Motors in Dallas invites dedicated service professionals to join a brand-new Service Center. The Service Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate vehicle movements, assist technicians, and support the service team in delivering a premium ownership experience.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess basic automotive knowledge, and can multitask in a fast-paced setting. The role is full-time, with weekend and extended hours during busy periods, and requires a valid

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
• Willingness to complete CPR training post hire
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license 3+ years and complete Lucid Training on hire

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, internal and external
• Vehicle drives including dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, trips to Bodyshop, test charging at EA charge stations
• Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, help with check-in when needed
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop
• Other duties such as moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and assisting the service department as needed
