Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, staffing, vehicle upkeep, and daily workflows.
• Track KPIs like vehicle utilization, driver efficiency, on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end workforce management including hiring, training, and shift scheduling.
• Conduct safety training, monitor driver performance, and provide coaching based on metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations; use telematics and scorecards.
• Hold weekly staff meetings and monthly business reviews to align on KPI knowledge.
