Job summary

As an individual contributor, you will strengthen operating cadence, deliver on critical initiatives, and translate complex topics into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strategy and operating experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, management consulting, or similar execution-oriented role.
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Strong analytical, financial, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Element Mobility, translating strategic priorities into execution-ready plans, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead ambiguous special projects from concept through business case, operating model, alignment, and launch with actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; bring stakeholders together to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Build and run a management cadence with monthly reviews, OKR planning, and leadership follow-through mechanisms.
• Develop executive-level analyses and decision materials on products, partnerships, investments, and opportunities.
