Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC., doing business as Oro Mobility, is seeking a Mobility Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily operations for drivers and the Mobility Coordinator team. You will lead the office, monitor key metrics, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts, training, and workflow. California residency and a valid driver’s license are essential, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role and ability to coach and lead a team.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment with strong safety culture.
• Values safety and organization, with excellent communication skills.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office activities (fleet, utilization, reservations, schedules).
• Manage location operations, ensure vehicle maintenance and driver readiness.
• Coach Mobility Support Specialists and Drivers on key metrics and policy adherence.
• Lead workforce management, hiring decisions, trainings, and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address vehicle issues and fleet readiness.
• Oversee cleaning and preparation of the vehicle fleet.
• Communicate regularly with the location manager.
