Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mobility Location Manager to lead a location's operations, drive KPI performance, and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle. You will oversee daily branches, hire, train, coach, and discipline staff, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to achieve results, lead teams, and drive performance.
• Strong operational, financial, and business acumen, including experience with operations management, project management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with the ability to motivate employees and foster a high-performing culture.
• Understanding of labor and employment laws and their application in day-to-day operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for complex data analysis and PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Mobility Solutions operations, ensuring each location meets key performance metrics for efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manages all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring the location and employees are properly staffed and prepared.
• Tracks and analyzes KPIs such as vehicle utilization, driver efficiency, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Leads end-to-end workforce management, including hiring decisions, training setup, and shift scheduling.
• Conduct ongoing safety training and monitor driver performance with corrective coaching.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and local regulations using telematics and safety scorecards.
• Coach staff and empower teams to resolve issues and improve customer relations.
• Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring of all branch staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Hold weekly staff meetings and monthly business reviews to align on KPIs and operations.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure policy compliance across personnel.
