Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mobility Location Manager to lead end-to-end operations at the Newark location. You will oversee daily mobility services, hit key metrics, manage hiring, training, coaching and discipline, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality service.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive performance through staff development, safety programs, vendor relations, and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated history of achieving results.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong operational and project management experience.
• Financial and business acumen with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Strong customer service aptitude and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management with multi-priority capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Mobility Solutions operations, meeting KPIs for efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch operations, staffing, vehicle maintenance, and daily readiness.
• Track KPIs like vehicle utilization, driver efficiency, on-time performance, and satisfaction.
• Lead workforce management including hiring, training, shift scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Conduct safety training, monitor driver performance, provide corrective coaching.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and local regulations using telematics and scorecards.
• Resolve customer service and driver issues on the app.
• Mentor and train Branch staff.
• Hold weekly staff meetings; conduct monthly business reviews.
• Maintain positive employee relations and enforce company policies.
