You will monitor dispatch activity, coach staff on performance and safety, and coordinate fleet maintenance while upholding company policies and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispatch and fleet operations, including drivers and mobility coordinators.
• Monitor attendance, safety, and customer service metrics; coach staff on performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and internal/external teams to address vehicle issues.
• Lead workforce planning: hiring decisions, training, and shift scheduling to meet goals.
• Communicate frequently with location manager and drive operational excellence.
