Job summary

PLM Fleet is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to drive rental revenue, manage the P&L for the Newark, NJ area, and oversee branch operations. The role requires coordinating maintenance, vendor relations, and fleet availability while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

The candidate will work with tools like D-365, Power BI, and RMI to monitor KPIs, improve efficiency, and support proactive maintenance planning.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external resources.

Responsibilities

• Drive rental revenue growth and increase utilized units in the territory.
• Manage P&L for assigned location(s) and operations.
• Maintain branch and sales support per employee handbook guidelines.
• Lead accounts receivable efforts and cash collections at the territory.
• Direct maintenance activities and support the Full-Service Maintenance Team.
