Job summary

Numotion, the leader in complex rehabilitation technology, is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex manual and powered wheelchairs and related medical equipment. You will work both in shop and in the field, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction for individuals who rely on our mobility solutions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of mechanical experience, with proficiency in hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; minimum two years of related mechanical experience.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Technical: Proficiency with hand and power tools for equipment repair.
• Computer: Basic knowledge of word processing, email, and internet for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or in the field.
• Maintain stock equipment and ensure it is clean and reliable.
• Keep shop/warehouse organized and safe.
• Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles and ensure safe operation.
• Manage parts intake, storage and shipping with accurate inventories.
• Complete documentation and obtain signatures for reports.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
