Job summary

Numotion, the leader in complex rehabilitation technology, is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair manual and powered wheelchairs, along with other essential medical equipment. You will apply manufacturer specifications and current resources to ensure proper repair, maintenance, and reliability for users.

This role requires physical stamina, tool proficiency, and willingness to travel to various locations; a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of mechanical experience; medical equipment experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license; occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in the shop and in the field.
• Maintain rental and stock equipment in reliable working order.
• Keep shop/warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain delivery vehicles in safe operating condition.
• Receive, store, and ship parts with accurate inventory tracking.
• Complete thorough documentation and obtain signatures when required.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety of equipment.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training.
