Job summary

Numotion, the leader in mobility technology, is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and related medical equipment. The role involves shop and field work, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction with a strong understanding of manufacturer specifications.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of mechanical experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years of mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience with medical equipment considered a plus.
• Able to read manufacturer specs and repair instructions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or field.
• Maintain rental and stock equipment in good working order.
• Keep a clean, safe shop and work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles.
• Receive, store, and ship parts with accurate records.
• Document service activity and obtain signatures as required.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety.
• Assist with fittings and adjustments for comfort.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training.
