Job summary

Numotion is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and related medical equipment. You will ensure equipment safety, reliability, and readiness for end users, both in shop and on site with customers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; minimum one year related experience.
• Two years of mechanical experience; medical equipment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for repairs.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or field.
• Maintain stock and rental equipment in good condition.
• Keep a clean, safe shop and warehouse environment.
• Maintain delivery vehicles in safe operating condition.
• Manage parts receipt, storage, and shipping with accurate inventory.
• Complete documentation with signatures and timely reports.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety.
