Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and other assistive devices. You will service equipment in the shop and in customers' locations, ensuring safety and reliability while delivering quality customer care.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of mechanical experience, and a valid driver's license. The role involves field visits and establishes a critical link to customer satisfaction and product

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or in the field.
• Maintain stock and rental equipment, ensuring reliability.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Document service activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in required in-service training.
