Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Service Technician in Memphis, TN to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and related medical devices. You will work in shop or in the field, ensuring safety and reliability, while maintaining equipment and documenting work.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years mechanical experience, and driving; familiarity with medical equipment is a plus. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, or minimum one year of related experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for equipment repair.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Valid driver9s license with a clean driving record; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in the shop or in the field.
• Maintain stock equipment and ensure it is clean and ready for use.
• Keep a safe, organized shop and warehouse environment.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure safe operation.
• Document work thoroughly and obtain signatures as needed.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety of equipment.
