Numotion is seeking a Service Technician in Colorado to diagnose, repair, and service complex manual and powered wheelchairs and related medical equipment. You will use manufacturer specs and current resources to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year related experience.
• Minimum of two years mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for repair.
• Basic Word Processing, Email, and Internet for documentation.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and resolve equipment issues.
• Valid State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or field.
• Maintain rental and stock equipment for reliability.
• Keep shop/warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain delivery vehicles in safe operating condition.
• Receive, store, and ship parts with inventory tracking.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and timely.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Participate in in-service training to stay updated.
