Job summary

Numotion is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs in both shop and field settings. You will ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while handling parts, documentation, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, or one year related experience.
• Minimum two years of mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for repair.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record; travel to locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop and in field.
• Maintain stock equipment and organize inventory.
• Keep shop and warehouse clean and safe.
• Maintain delivery vehicles in safe condition.
• Manage parts receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Complete documentation accurately with signatures.
• Educate customers and caregivers on use and safety.
• Perform equipment fitting and adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Participate in in-service training for product knowledge.
