Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; at least 1 year related experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for equipment repair.
• Basic word processing, email, and internet skills for documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve equipment issues quickly.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record; travel to locations may occur.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or in the field.
• Maintain rental and stock equipment in clean, organized condition.
• Keep a safe, orderly shop/warehouse environment.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure safe operation.
• Receive, store, and ship parts with accurate inventory control.
• Complete thorough documentation and obtain required signatures.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use, care, and safety.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in in-service training.
