Numotion is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and other assistive devices. You will work in shop and in the field, ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for users who depend on it daily.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, documenting work, and delivering exceptional customer education on proper use. A valid driver's license and hands-on repair skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand and power tools for equipment repair.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and decide on repair actions.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or field.
• Maintain rental and stock equipment for reliability.
• Keep a clean, safe shop and warehouse environment.
• Maintain delivery vehicle safety and upkeep.
• Receive, store, and ship parts with accurate inventory.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Educate customers and caregivers on use and safety.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training.
