United Access L.L.C. is seeking a General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead a Sumner, WA location, drive growth, and own financial performance.

This hands-on role demands strong leadership across sales, rentals, service, and admin, with accountability for customer experience and branch profitability. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in a GM/branch-level role, proven P&L ownership, and a track record of developing teams and exceeding revenue targets in mobility or automotive settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience as GM/branch/store with P&L responsibility.
• 3+ years leading a team of five or more employees.
• Proven track record in revenue targets and customer relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with business systems, CRM, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own branch profitability and drive sales growth, operational excellence, and customer experience.
• Analyze store P&L, budgeting, inventory, accounts receivable, and key business metrics.
• Develop and execute local sales and business development strategies.
• Lead and develop Mobility Specialists, Sales & Rental Coordinators, Service Managers, and other staff.
• Ensure operational excellence across sales, rentals, service, and branch operations.
• Coach team on lead management, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
