Qualifications

• 3+ years in GM/branch leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ employees.
• Proven track record managing revenue targets.
• Strong sales leadership and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own branch profitability and P&L; manage budgeting, inventory, AR, and key metrics.
• Lead sales process; generate vehicle, mobility equipment, and rental sales.
• Develop and coach Mobility Specialists, Sales & Rental Coordinators, Service Managers and technicians.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction across sales, service, rentals, and operations.
