West Coast Wound & Skin Care is a fast-growing mobile wound care provider delivering care to patients in their homes and SNFs. We seek Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants ready to travel locally within their region to support wound healing and patient health.

The role requires an NP or PA license in NM, offers extensive training, 24/7 support, and a part-time 2 days/week 1099 schedule with competitive compensation. On-site patient visits only, not remote.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an NP or PA.
• CPR Certified.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required.

Responsabilités

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Assure all patients are completely satisfied.
• Patient education and management.
• Debridement of wounds by various methods completed safely during the patient visit.
• Application of topical wound care and other wound management products.
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart, including follow-up notes.
