Job summary

West Coast Wound is a mobile wound care provider seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to deliver in-home and SNF wound care in the Farmington, NM area. Travel within the designated region is required, and the role operates as a part-time 1099 position.

Must hold NM NP or PA licensure, possess CPR certification, and have a valid driver's license to enable local patient visits. Prior remote work is not offered; extensive training, 24/7 support, and competitive compensation are

Qualifications

• Current state license as NP or PA in NM.
• CPR certification required.
• Effective communication skills with patients and families.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures during patient visits as needed.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and education during care.
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart, including follow-up notes.
