West Coast Wound & Skin Care is a mobile wound care company delivering care in patients' homes and SNFs. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide advanced wound care, traveling locally within Casper, WY.

The role requires a valid WY NP or PA license and CPR, with excellent communication and customer service skills. This is not a remote position; local travel to patients is required.

Qualifications

• Current WY NP or PA license.
• CPR certification.

• Valid driver's license and liability auto insurance; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile wound care and debridement as part of the treatment plan.
• Define and document patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and manage expectations during visits.
• Travel locally within Casper, WY to patient homes and SNFs.
