Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care in California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver mobile wound care in patients' homes and SNFs. You will travel locally within your designated region to assess wounds, perform treatments, and coordinate care.

This role requires CA NP/PA licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. You will drive to patient homes, provide care on-site, and participate in ongoing training and education with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current state license as NP or PA in California.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures during patient visits as part of the plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Ensure patients are completely satisfied with care and results.
• Educate patients and manage ongoing wound care.
• Notate findings and follow-up notes in the patient chart.
