Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to energize customer experiences in store-in-store environments, engaging shoppers and showing the value of T-Mobile solutions. You will identify needs, educate customers, and guide them through product choices while achieving sales targets.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement to Mobile Expert and potential annual incentives. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for technology in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and demonstrate value of products/services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes; review personal results and updates to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
