T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting. You’ll engage customers, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value.

This role emphasizes learning, customer service, and strong relationship building to drive sales and achieve targets. You will train on our in-store processes, collaborate with nearby stores, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment and learn products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services via solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and system resources; stay customer-ready at all times.
• Builds relationships with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
