Qualifications

  • Experience with state agencies or public sector clients, preferably Florida.
  • Understanding of training frameworks, apprenticeships, technical education, and trade readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee mobile workforce development program aligned with program needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to identify workforce skill requirements and trends.
  • Develop strategies and partnerships to support training, certification, and placement pipelines.
  • Coordinate with training partners to ensure progress on workforce goals and milestones.
  • Monitor performance and report on workforce readiness, skills development, and job placement.
  • Coordinate compliance documentation and operational adherence to standards.
