Responsibilities

• Oversee the mobile workforce development program aligned with overall needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with industry partners to identify workforce skill requirements and monitor trends.
• Develop strategies and partnerships for training, certification, and placement pipelines.
• Coordinate with FDOT and contractors to ensure progress on workforce goals and milestones.
• Monitor program performance and report on readiness, skills development, and job placement.
