Job summary

DRMP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen and expand our roadway practice across Tampa Bay and the Florida Gulf Coast region, including Clearwater, FL.

You will lead pursuits and deliver complex transportation projects for Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, FDOT, THEA, and other regional agencies, while mentoring teams and enhancing client relationships.

This role targets a transportation leader with 15-20+ years of experience, guiding strategic growth and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a professional engineer (PE) license.
• 15-20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience managing major roadway projects for FDOT, FTE, tolling authorities, or regional agencies.
• Familiarity with Florida procurement and project delivery processes.
• Experience supporting major pursuits, technical proposals, and client development.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth by strengthening client relationships and pursuing opportunities.
• Support and lead proposal development, LOIs, and technical proposals.
• Lead delivery of complex roadway and transportation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Mentor project managers and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver high-quality project outcomes and uphold client satisfaction.
