AtkinsRéalis in Celebration, FL, seeks a Construction Division Program Manager to oversee the mobile workforce development program, align it with needs, and collaborate with industry partners to enhance training curricula and materials. You will develop strategies to support training, certification, and placement pipelines, and lead curriculum development while coordinating with transportation partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience leading workforce programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Development, Training & Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience leading workforce or training programs for infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience with state agencies or public sector clients, preferably Florida.
• Travel up to 90% of the time.
• Knowledge of training frameworks, apprenticeships, and technical education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the mobile workforce development program aligned with program needs and workforce priorities.
• Collaborate with industry partners to identify workforce skill requirements and monitor industry trends to enhance training programs, curricula, and learning materials.
• Develop strategies and partnerships to support training, certification, and placement pipelines.
• Lead and oversee curriculum development.
• Coordinate with transportation construction contractor training partners to ensure progress on workforce goals and milestones.
• Monitor program performance and report on workforce readiness and job placement.
• Coordinate compliance documentation and reporting.
• Develop deployment strategies to achieve goals and timelines.
• Oversee workforce development staff and resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Engage with other offices within FDOT and stakeholders to achieve goals.
