Job summary
AtkinsRéalis seeks a Construction Division Program Manager to lead a mobile workforce development program in Celebration, FL. You will align training with infrastructure priorities and partner with industry to shape curricula and delivery.
You will travel extensively, manage staff, and coordinate across FDOT offices and external partners to meet milestones and outcomes in workforce readiness and job placement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development, Training & Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience leading workforce or training programs for infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Experience with state agencies or public sector clients, preferably Florida.
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the mobile workforce development program aligned with program needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify workforce skill requirements and monitor trends.
- Develop strategies and partnerships to support training, certification, and placement pipelines.
- Coordinate with transportation construction contractor training partners to ensure progress on workforce goals.
- Monitor program performance and report on workforce readiness, skills development outcomes, and job placement.
