Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Route Sales Representative to drive sales from shop to shop with hands-on demos and a mobile showroom approach. You’ll manage routes, inventory, and receivables while delivering exceptional customer service to professional technicians in the field.

You’ll earn a base salary with a 15% quarterly bonus opportunity, plus tuition assistance, stock purchase plan, and retirement programs. This role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ age, and readiness to represent a legendary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in direct sales or sales management, preferably outside sales, account management or B2B sales.
• Automotive industry experience valued.
• Ability to drive a 16–20’ mobile store truck.
• DOT physical ability and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and providing hands‑on demos.
• Develop your route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Operate the mobile store as a model for future franchisees and Snap‑on team members.
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivable accounts while keeping the van showroom-ready.
• Collaborate with managers and share best practices to elevate Snap‑on standards.
• Comply with DOT regulations and coordinate with other reps to optimize the team.
