Job summary

Snap-on seeks a Route Sales Representative to drive a mobile store and sell tools to technicians across the route. You’ll demo products, manage weekly goals, and build lasting relationships with customers in shops and service centers.

You’ll learn Snap-on processes from comprehensive training, earn base pay plus 15% quarterly bonus, and benefit from tuition assistance, stock purchase plans, and retirement programs. Strong communication and energy are a fit.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–5 years in direct/sales; outside or B2B experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile store from shop to shop, selling tools and providing hands-on demos.
• Develop route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Operate your store as a model for future franchisees and Snap-on team members.
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivable accounts while keeping your van in showroom condition.
• Share ideas, collaborating with managers, and setting the standard for Snap-on excellence.
• Comply with D.O.T. regulations and collaborate with other sales reps to share best practices.
