Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Route Sales Representative to run a mobile store route, perform hands-on tool demos, and build strong relationships with technicians across shops. You will drive weekly sales, manage the route, and ensure showroom-quality presentation.

Full training is provided, with base pay 50,500–70,000 USD plus a 15% quarterly bonus, plus tuition assistance, stock purchase plan, and retirement programs. This role emphasizes high energy and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in direct sales or sales management
• Experience in automotive industry valued
• Willingness to drive a 16–20’ mobile store truck
• Ability to pass a D.O.T. physical
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer proficiency and comfort using apps and emails on a mobile device
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Persuasive, customer-focused, energetic and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and providing demos
• Develop route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Operate store as a model for future franchisees and Snap-on team members
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivables
• Collaborate with managers and share best practices
• Comply with D.O.T. regulations and coordinate with other reps
