The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth by delivering mobile industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic region. This role requires owning a fully stocked mobile store and performing face-to-face sales calls, demos, and on-site service across multiple sectors.

You will manage operations of your mobile store, maintain customer data, and prepare daily reports while meeting targets. A stable work history and local residency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong stability: max 3 previous employers in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsabilités

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
