Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Territory Manager to drive our client’s mobile industrial hardware business across a defined geographic territory through proactive prospecting and direct customer engagement.

You will present solutions using your mobile store and product demos, while maintaining operations, reports, and data integrity. A strong, tenure-based sales background and ability to manage a physically mobile operation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenured background required; ideally no more than 3 employers in the last 10 years.
• Analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and calling on nearby prospects; face-to-face visits to customers.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and marketable; submit daily reports detailing sales and calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software; update notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses.
