Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by applying customer service and sales skills.
• Use digital tools to explain network coverage, plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
