This Mobile Associate role supports retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment, building product knowledge, and guiding shoppers through their journey.

Expect on-the-job training with paid training, a path to Mobile Expert, and the potential for annual incentives plus stock grants.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
