Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers and facilitate technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey with emphasis on service plans and digital tools. You will train to master retail processes, systems, and wireless innovations while collaborating across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
