Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service recommendations. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their journey, using digital tools to improve understanding and engagement.

Hired candidates receive onboarding training, potential performance incentives, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
