T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by assisting customers with technology and service needs. The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and hands-on demonstrations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will use digital tools to show network coverage and benefits while building lasting customer relationships. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
