Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding them through technology and service choices in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, aiming for high satisfaction and loyalty while leveraging digital tools and collaborating with team members across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
