T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations in Johnston, RI, helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey to enhance satisfaction. Responsibilities include using digital tools to show plans and features, completing training on processes and wireless technology, and collaborating with teams to ensure a smooth experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
