Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate in a high-traffic retail environment to engage customers, educate them on the value of T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales while utilizing digital self-serve tools. You will complete comprehensive training and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and support ongoing service.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail/sales experience preferred (6 months).
• Customer-focused and able to educate customers about products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions and guide customers to self-serve options.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, and processes; onboard customers with other store locations.
• Build relationships with customers and leadership teams to support the customer experience from setup to servicing.
